Order Change, Wrong Address, Package Tracked as Delivered
You can request an address change before an order ships. Because we are unable to edit addresses in Ollinda's system & often have helpers it's possible that your items will continue to ship to the address originally provided.

Buyers are responsible for charges that may occur if an incorrect address is given. We cannot replace or refund items that become lost or left at the address given during checkout.

We are not responsible for items that track as delivered.

Shipping discounts are for same purchase orders only. Not separate.

Items are shipped when ready. We cannot ship on specific dates or delay shipping. If you are moving, traveling, etc we recommend waiting to order until you can receive mail again.

Our Printing Process
All our products are custom-made & printed and by Heat Transfer Vinyl, and made to order. Colors may be more vibrant or slightly more muted/distressed than shown.

Wrong Item Shipped or Defective Items
If you see an error in your order keep all tags attached & notify us immediately. A photo of the error or defect may be required.

Colors vary by monitor. Fabric varies by availability. Be sure to ask questions prior to ordering. The buyer is responsible for return shipping if they don't a color or fabric type.

While we are not responsible for: pilling, snags, tears, stains, unraveled, & popped stitches on worn/washed clothing. Repairs are not available

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your product, please message us to ensure that we get your message.

RETURNS:

While we do not offer returns, we are happy to do an exchange. We highly recommend taking a close look at the descriptions carefully. Because everything is made to order, all exchanges will be charged a restocking fee so we aren't left with trying to sell a custom made beanie at full. ALL ON-SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNED AND REFUNDED, NO EXCEPTION!

EXCHANGES:

We gladly exchange for items returned within 30 day of their delivery date to you. We do not offer refunds as We are limited in storage & each beanie is made to order. The customer is responsible for getting the exchangeable item back safely to our office.
